WebToolsBetter offers a limited refund window on credit purchases.
Refund Window
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase.
What's Refundable
Refunds apply only to unused credits. Used credits are non-refundable, as the service has already been delivered.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] with:
- Your order number (from the receipt email)
- The reason for your refund request
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days, returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank, the credit may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
How Refund Amounts Are Calculated
If you have used some credits from a pack, your refund is prorated based on the unused portion.
Example: if you purchased a 60-credit pack for $15 and used 20 credits, your refund would be:
$15 × (40 unused / 60 total) = $10 refund
Discretion and Abuse
Refunds are at WebToolsBetter's discretion. Repeated refund requests, suspected abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service may result in account suspension and denial of future refund requests.
Service Discontinuation
If WebToolsBetter is permanently shut down, all account holders will receive at least 30 days advance notice via email and a full refund of unused credits regardless of original purchase date. The 7-day window does not apply to service discontinuation refunds.
