How credits work
Different tools use different amounts of credits based on processing complexity.

Pricing FAQ
Is this a subscription?
No. You buy credits once and use them when you need them. No recurring charges, ever.
Do credits expire?
Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. We use FIFO consumption — when you use a credit, the oldest non-expired credit in your balance is used first, so you maximize value before any expiration.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, on unused credits within 7 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy for details.
What happens to my files?
Your uploaded files are deleted from our servers immediately after we deliver your processed download. We don't store, archive, or back up anything you upload. See our Privacy Policy.
Can I buy more than $30 worth at once?
Not currently. If you have a high-volume use case, email [email protected] and we'll work something out.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, processed securely through Stripe. We don't see or store your card details.
